Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING DATES

Pre-order dates listed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to change without notice and can be delayed move your shipping further, by 2-3 weeks. Placing a pre-order,  you agreeing the shipping terms and any request for refund will not be approved, unless the delay has exceeded more than 3 weeks.

UK SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and shipped out as standard delivery in UK. Please ensure to check the dispatch information in the product page, as some of our products have different dispatch dates.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. 

All orders placed before 1 p.m. We will try to dispatch for the same day for delivery for Shipping times may vary on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. We do not accept any responsibility for damages that occur during transit, as we do our best to make sure that all products are packed carefully and appropriately to protect them during the delivery process.

 

 

Shipping to UK is charged at a flat rate of £5.99. FREE Delivery for orders over £100 or Hermes Delivery: £3.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently deliver to over 40 Worldwide destinations.

European orders are sent via a standard tracked delivery service and our courier partners aim to deliver your order within 2-6 working days.

All other International Orders are sent via a standard tracked delivery service (Including USA, Canada & Australia) and our courier partners aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. 

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday.

However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our support team.

 

EU Zone 1: Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany (5-7 working days) Delivery: £10.00 (Free Delivery over £150)

EU Zone 2: Belgium, Netherlands (5-7 working days) Delivery: £7.99 (Free Delivery over £100)

EU Zone 3: Finland (5-7 working days) Delivery: £25.00 (Free Delivery over £250)

EU Zone 4: Italy, Spain, Switzerland (5-7 working days) -Delivery: £15.00 (Free Delivery over £250)

EU Zone 5: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia (5-7 working days) - £25.00

Delivery to the following destination will take 15-20 business days

USA, Canada: Delivery: £35.00

New Zealand: Delivery: £25.00

Australia: Delivery £35

Maldives, Malta, Morocco, Turkey: Delivery: £25.00

Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We are not liable for delays that may occur as a result of courier related matters.

Please note: All prices are exclusive of any customs and duty/ import charges in your country which may or may not be applicable.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.

If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can track your order at any time when despatch confirmation sent to you with tracking detail.

If you encounter any other problems with your delivery i.e., our partner courier has marked the order as delivered, but you have not received the order. Email our support team within 7 working days. Failing to do so, may result in the claim being rejected by our courier partners. Musas Collection Ltd cannot be held responsible, if a claim/investigation is rejected by our courier partners in this case.

 

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by during transit, please contact us within 7 working days for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, an immediate refund will not be issued. Our parcels are insured by our delivery partners and Musas Collection Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been lost/damaged in transit.

 

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

 

VAT Refund for Non-EC Countries

Musas Collection Ltd is not a part of the VAT Retail Export Scheme. VAT Retail Export Scheme is a voluntary basis scheme, and can only claim VAT refund on goods purchase shop that participate in it. This scheme does not apply to mail order and Internet sales.

An order maybe split in to multiple shipments:

  • depending on the availability of item in stock
  • weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company.
